How do I book?

We offer both online booking through the link above and through our website. You are also welcome to call Flipp and book over the phone. As a small team we attempt to answer all calls between clients, if you get our voicemail please leave us a message and one of us will get back to you by the end of the day.

Why don’t you accept tips?

The stylists at Flipp are a collaborative of independent artists who set their own prices and services offered. We have chosen, as a team, to move to a simplified all-inclusive, hourly service menu. More details can be found in this link

How do I choose the right color service?

We offer and highly recommend a complimentary consultation service booked ahead of any first-time color service. This is provided in order to choose the correct service, the amount of time needed and to assess the health of your hair. Especially for color transformation services.

What is your cancellation policy?

All services require a credit card at the time of booking to hold the appointment (the card is not charged, nor do we store the information - everything is totally secure and managed via Square).

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48-hours notice you will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the missed appointment. No-show appointments or cancellations with less than 24-hours of notice will be charged 100% of the value of the missed appointment. We appreciate and thank you for your understanding.

If you are calling within 48 hours of your appointment, to cancel, the booking site will not allow you to cancel online. In this case, please call the salon and leave a message (if we are unable to answer) and we will call you back. This does not alter our cancellation policy.

Do you offer kids cuts?

Our stylists welcome any client age 16 or over. We find that at this age the communication, that is critical to understanding a client’s hair goals, is developed to a level where we can collaborate to achieve the desired look.

How can I speak with a stylist?

As a small studio, we all share the responsibility of answering the phone and returning messages. During our busiest time this may mean a call is not returned until the end of the work day.
