Sick Cancellation
Policy
The work performed by the stylists at Flipp and the payment they receive for their work is how they earn their living. Last minute cancellations significantly impact their ability to earn. If you are not well, we want you to stay home, but we ask that you give us as much notice as practical.
We request 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations.
Sick Cancellation Policy (FOR HAIRCUT-ONLY SERVICES):
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment will be charged for the full service - capped at $75.
Sick Cancellation Policy (FOR ALL COLOR SERVICES):
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment will be charged for the full service - capped at $175.
This does not change our general cancellation / no-show policy.
If your cancellation is related to covid, we ask that you rebook at least 10 days out. We recognize that cancellations and cancellation fees related to illness are uncomfortable subjects. We, as a group have discussed this at great lengths and have come to the difficult decision to put this policy in place as we feel it is fair for everyone impacted. We appreciate your understanding.
